Our Platteville, Colorado, mill is featured in a "webisode" of a new Rocky Mountain PBS online series, Great Ingredients, which explores various aspects of local, organic farming. Watch Pete Levangie and Brent Johnson take grocer and host Pete Marczyk on a tour of the mill.

Congratulations!

Susan Kay, Manager of Product Applications, and Courtney Reed, Product Applications Culinologist, are the winners of America's Best Raisin Bread Contest sponsored by the California Raisin Marketing Board, held in October at the AIB International in Manhattan, Kansas. Susan and Courtney nabbed the grand prize in the Artisan category with their Raisin² Pizza featuring Bay State Milling's Contadino Neapolitan-style pizza flour and rye meal. Jay Freedman, Product Applications Specialist, and Vanessa Klimczak, Product Applications Technologist, were finalists in the Breakfast category for their Sweet Heet Bagel Twists, a sweet potato raisin bagel utilizing the company's 100% whole wheat flour.
